Why?

One app for every type of transaction

Add beneficiaries

Save your bank contacts using their RIB to make future transfers easier. All beneficiaries are saved under "Contacts"

Send and receive bank transfers

Send bank transfers to other accounts and banks directly in the app, and share your RIB to receive transfers into your account.

How does it work?

1. Add a beneficiary (if they're not already a contact)

On the "Send" page, tap "Add a beneficiary" and fill in your new bank contact's details (name, RIB, phone number)

2. Enter the amount to send

Enter your transfer amount in the matching field. Note that the money will be sent from your bank account, not your wallet.

3. Confirm your bank transfer

Tap "Confirm" and track the transaction in your bank transaction history

Frequently asked questions

Are bank transfers instant too?

Only transactions between Flouci wallets are instant. Bank transfers follow standard bank processing times of 1 to 3 days, excluding weekends and national holidays.

What fees apply to my bank transfer?

The standard fees of the sending and receiving banks apply to bank transfers you send or receive.

Note that the bank account linked to your wallet has no fees for receiving bank transfers.

How do I add a new beneficiary?

  1. Tap the “Send” section
  2. Select the "Add a beneficiary" option.
  3. Fill in the new contact's details - full name, RIB (bank account details), phone number
  4. Once the details are entered, save the new bank contact
