• For new users: first create a personal account, which is also free. This lets you verify your identity 100% digitally.

Before opening a business account, you need a Flouci personal account. Follow these steps:

      1. Download the Flouci mobile app.

       2. Enter your phone number, confirm it with the code you receive by SMS, then choose a PIN.

       3. Then: fill in the sign-up form, record a short identification video, take a photo of the front and back of your national ID card, and sign.

       4. Accept your personal account contract once it's ready.

• For existing users: add a business account

If you already have a Flouci personal account, log in with your phone number and PIN, then move on to the next steps.

2. Tap "Add a business account" under "Settings > Personal Account".

3. Select the business type: "Individual".

4. Enter your tax identification number (IFU).

5. Upload a copy of your auto-entrepreneur card.
